We have several rooms to let to local groups.
The Meeting Room is the ideal town-centre venue for small business meetings, training, and information and advice outreach sessions run by statutory public services and charities. It is well-equipped with flipchart and pens, portable induction loop system and projector screen. The furniture can be arranged flexibly to seat 24 in a board room or classroom style or 40 in a lecture theatre style.
The Café Area is adjacent to the Meeting Room, and is available for café-style meetings for up to 30 people when not open to the general public. An internet-connected PC is available in this area for online access to public services.
The Middle Room has the same capacity as the Meeting Room. A number of craft-related activities take place in this room. Access to the toilet faciilities is through the hall, which may be in use by other organisations.
The Hall is ideal for more active events and for displays, exhibitions and open meetings. The floorspace is approximately 18m x 6m. The main kitchen and toilets are adjoining the Hall.
The Worship area can also be used, by negotiation, for exhibitions, displays, consultations and concerts.
We can provide catering for your meetings at extra cost.
Please note the following important points:
A sample Terms and Conditions form is available here, but the latest issue is available on request and will be supplied to all who wish to make bookings. If you wish to make enquiries about room availability and cost, please contact our Centre Co-ordinator.
