Annual Ramble/Sponsored Walk - 20th July 2003
Fewer than last year, left the church on a fine Sunday afternoon to take part in our walk (some with sponsors) to Ancaster. Along the Slea, over the bypass. Fields to Rauceby and then a quiet road to Ancaster.
On arrival we had a plentiful tea and were joined by those who could join us on the walk and by friends from Ancaster. Following tea in the fresh air, we joined together for worship (also outside).

Thankfully Carole meets us half way with squash and water. A nice sunny
afternoon, with a few clouds this year.
On the road section, although there isn't much traffic, it does necessitate us
standing at the side of the road whilst it passes.
Even for the youngest of the 'walkers' all that fresh air and great food proves
too much!
Our thanks once again to Geoff, Cath and the all others who helped with tea and organisation
